THE HERITAGE OF HIS SHEIKH AND HIS SUCCESSION

The particularity of Sidi Mohamed Faouzi was already apparent in the time of Moulay al Hassan. All the time, he used to talk about his excellence and his holiness. He used to advise his disciples about him and told them “Be careful not to upset him, he is a Qotb (pole)”. He used to say to him, may Allah be pleased with him, in assemblies “All that is here (and he was pointing to his heart) is here (pointing to the heart of sidi Mohamed Faouzi, may Allah be pleased with him)”. On another occasion, he gave him full permission. This happened when the father of our Sheikh, sidi Tayeb, the brother of Moulay al Hassan said to him “Why don’t you give sidi Mohamed an authorization so that people can benefit from him? He answered him “it is rather him who has an authorization, and this does not date from now, but from long before”. When his Sheikh Sidi al Hassan died, our Sheikh inherited his rank of Sheikh of the Tariqa, in the year 1428 (2007). After the death of the Sheikh, another one appeared like him… This is the tradition of Allah which does not change. He renewed the foundations of the Tariqa and made it easy for people. He revived his teachings after the Tariqa became a school of Tabaruk. Every person who met him took great advantage of him. He appeared to them the Lights of Divine Proximity and the brilliance of the Supreme Knowledge. Sidi Mohamed Faouzi says “the first four Murids that I brought into the Khalwa, all of them were under the spiritual guidance of Sidi al Hassan and he was the one who told me what to do with them.” This is another indication that Sidi al Hassan was sending, from the Barzakh, to the heir of his “Sir”, sidi Mohamed Faouzi, to reaffirm his authorization to educate and lead people to Allah. It happened to our Sheikh, through the great opening, what the language could not mention. He has reached the high spheres and the holy stations, which allow him to be the one to whom every human or Jinn seeking the Truth goes. He says, may Allah preserve him, “I have obtained in terms of proximity and knowledge after the death of my Sheikh what he himself had not attained during his life. Now, the Murid cannot surpass the station of his Sheikh as long as the latter remains alive. However, after the death of the Sheikh, Allah can honor the Murid, if he is sincere, and make his heart a luminous vessel and connect it with the heart of one of the prophets. This is what happened to our Sheikh and which Allah made him benefit from. The True One honored him with the station of the Khatmiyya which is actually the inheritance of the divine names and the Muhammadan succession.
